I loved working on this project to capture the heart behind a new business initiative.
We started with the people - why offer this service? why use this service? From possible customer types, we explored where we would find them, what their priorities might be and how to describe the benefits and approach. It was equally important to capture the personality and ethos for such a personal service in which trust is core to a successful experience.
Alongside initial marketing strategy and some key messages and brand language, a visual identity to match the buzzing, warm personality of the name behind the business came together. Hand-drawn elements emphasised the personal, whilst clear design kept the professional balance.
Seeing printed business cards and an online profile for this gem of a local business was the icing on the cake!
